This article examines the methodological foundations of inclusive art education for children in the context of contemporary design education. The study aims to identify and scientifically substantiate effective approaches to organizing an inclusive educational environment that ensures equal opportunities for children's creative development, regardless of their individual characteristics and educational needs. Modern theoretical concepts of inclusive education, social constructivist, cultural studies, and art therapy approaches, as well as the possibilities of applying the principles of universal design in education, are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the adaptation of educational programs, teaching methods, and tools, the use of multisensory technologies, project activities, and digital tools in art and design education. Organizational and pedagogical conditions that facilitate the successful implementation of inclusive practices are considered, including teacher training, the creation of an accessible educational environment, and interaction with parents. The study also reveals the importance of joint creative activities as a factor in fostering tolerance, mutual understanding, and social integration of students. The results confirm the positive impact of an integrated approach on the development of creativity, communication skills, social adaptation, and self-fulfillment in children. Based on the data obtained, practical recommendations were developed for improving the inclusive educational environment and enhancing the effectiveness of art and design education for various categories of students.
